Reflections of a retirement coachThoughts from a Retirement Coach

By Mariella Vigneux, MBA, ACC

Congratulations to all our contributing authors.  We are celebrating just over 100 articles!  With all those articles, I’ve decided it’s time to list them in one place, to make it easier for you to find your favourites and, especially if you’re new to the newsletter, to find your way around.  This month I’ve sorted the 105 articles by column, title, and author.  Next month I’ll list some of the key topics that have shown up in the articles and provide links to a few articles that touch on each of those topics.

So, have fun scrolling down memory lane.  Read stories for the first time or reread those you liked before, and feel free to add your comments at the bottom of each article.  Also, please consider becoming a contributing author. (To receive the Contributor Guidelines, just email me at .)

Below, you’ll find all past articles grouped by column, title and author, in the following order:

  1. Tales of Retirement (by friends, family, and colleagues who have already retired – what they’ve learned)

  1. Various Series of Articles:

a) Following Frank (by Frank – from five months prior, into retirement… Frank’s thoughts each step of the way)

b) Helen, Heading Out (by Helen – a series of articles about recreating identity after an all-consuming career)
